Superville Echo

No. 1, May 1996

Man Hunt
Once again that killer bassist, William Mysterious, is on the loose. A master of disguise, he is never seen in one place for any period of time, and is liable to make an appearance at any time and in any place.

His prefered mode of operation involves the use of a dual-action semi-automatic thuga-thuga bass axe, which makes him quite distinctive. He was last seen disappearing after what was described as a "Flying Saucer Attack". According to a Superville citizen, Mr. E. Reynolds, William Mysterious's last words were "Flying saucer attack! I'm never coming back! Ohh-woh-woh, wait until it's over...". If you think you have seen this man, contact the Superville Law Enforcement Agency with utmost urgency.

Revillos return triumphant
Superville's resident Bongo Brains, The Revillos, returned home last night after their recent tour of the mainland.

Eugene Promoting their recently released "From The Freezer" album, the group had played a number of gigs in London's Bottom Line club. The well-known Radio DJ and TV personality Mark Lamarr was seen at the last of these gigs, disguising his trademark 50's-throwback hairstyle under a baseball hat.

Snatzomobile launched
The Snatzomobile was brought into action again last week when The Revillos made their way to London to play at the Bottom Line club. Excited fans and reporters were warned to move away as the Snatzomobile prepared to leave, Eugene Reynolds appeared at the hatch and shouted "Get lost quick or you'll be fried!".
